Integrative Counselling
Are you looking to alleviate stress, sleep better and enhance your overall wellbeing?
I work with clients seeking support through significant life transitions rooted in death, dying, tragic life events and/or life altering illnesses, helping them aleviate mild to moderate symptoms of reactive depression and anxiety following such events.

Awareness - Choice - Change
What is integrative counselling?
I work concientiously, with empathy and unconditional positive regard for each of the unique people I have the privilidge to work with.

As a professional counsellor, I work to a strict code of ethics as guided by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Emma's training
Emma qualified as a Level 4 integrative counselling in 2024, having first completed a clinical placement with a community charity, Arc, in Axminster.

She has a natural capacity for grounded stillness that greatly enhances the therapeutic alliance with her clients.
Integrative counselling enhances Emma's interest in how the mind and body work together. As well as Pesso Boyden psychotherapy and other nature-based wellbeing modalities, she finds counselling a good medium for connecting with people to help them on their healing journeys.

At the heart of how Emma works is her compassion for helping others normalise their behaviour by teachcing them about how humans interact with the world, such as how our automonic nervous system spurs us in to fight or flight, shuts us down, or inspires us toward social engagement.
