We accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal.

Once we've received your order, we'll email confirmation of the date. This confirmation becomes a contract only after payment has been received. This is in case a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular service. In light of any changes, we will email you as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.

If booking direct through Emma, she will send you any additional terms and conditions prior to payment.

eGift Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, can be used for any of Satori's offerings and are valid for 24-months from purchase. All the below terms and conditions apply.

Workshops

  • A minimum of two persons are needed to run any workshop. If we receive applications for fewer than two, the workshop may be postponed.

  • Should you need to reschedule, you can sign up for another available workshop once in the 6 months following your original workshop date provided that at least 30 days' notice is given from the original date; less than 30 days' notice, or if another workshop isn't available, the original workshop fee may be forfeited. There will be an additional £20 administrative charge per person to make these changes.

  • If you can't make your workshop and are unable to reschedule, you are welcome to find another adult to take your place to recoup/cover your own costs.

  • Cancellations made up to and including 14 days prior to your workshop are non-refundable, unless you can find someone to fill your place(s). If you can find someone to fill your place(s), you will be issued a full refund less a 10% administration fee.

  • Emma Finch reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop at any time if it is deemed reasonable and necessary, and will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the attendee(s) such as travel or accommodation. An alternative date and/or refund will be offered.

  • Whilst Emma will do everything possible to ensure you have a positive visit/workshop, and on the day will advise you of any immediate health and safety concerns relating to your visit, she cannot be held responsible for any circumstances outside of her control, including injury.

  • A certain level of fitness is required. Satori is unlevel and uneven in places. To access some facilities, such as the compost toilet, requires walking across meadows. Please wear sensible footwear.

  • Prior to the workshop, you must advise Emma of any allergies that you or anyone in your group have.

  • Emma cannot be held liable for any loss of or damage to your personal goods, valuables or selves.

  • All finishing times are approximate.

In addition to the above and specific to weaving workshops:

  • Willow is a natural product and, as such, colours and sizes are approximate in relation to the advertised item and course photos.

  • Height of baskets depends on how quickly people weave on the day.

In addition to the above and specific to wild-food-foraging workshops:

  • Ensure you check your local laws before you do any foraging on your own.

  • Only eat wild foods the identity of which you are 100% certain.

  • Whilst Emma will teach you to forage safely, she cannot be held liable should you suffer any allergies, whether these allergies were previously diagnosed or not.

In addition to the above and specific to accommodation and camping:

  • If booking through an external website, please see their specific terms and conditions.
